How to install
- Download and run Plain Swift installer.

During the installation uncheck the "Download and install Swift Compiler" option to prevent installing an older version of the Swift compiler.
- Select the Help | About menu command to check/update Plain Swift version.
- When Plain Swift is updated to the latest version, you can allow it to install the Swift compiler.
